It is important to review the above Broward County Phase Sewer Connection Map. Broward County has advised the City of Pembroke Pines that Sewer Availability Letters will not go out to homeowners in that phase until approximately June of 2027. Broward County, not the City of Pembroke Pines, is undertaking the sewer improvements in that area.
